Mr. Adegboyega Adebayo Adewole

He graduated in 1980 with a Degree in Industrial Design from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He joined the services of Evans Brothers Nig Publishers Limited in 1981 after his service year in the same Organization.
He headed many strategic departments over the years. This includes Publishing, Design and Production. In 2006, He was moved to head Nelson Publishers a subsidiary of Evans Publishers. He has attended various leadership, management and professional courses both in Nigeria and Abroad.
He has also attended several in-house exchanged overseas courses between 1985 and 1993 in different part of UK and the former Yugoslavia. He’s been a resource person during the yearly training program of the Nigerian Publishers Association within the last 10 years.
Mr. Oluwarotimi Akinrinade Adewole

Oluwarotimi Akinrinade Adewole is the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Sam-Vic Insurance Brokers Limited. An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigerian (AIIN), Associate Chartered Institute of Management (ANIM), Fellow of the Chartered National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN), Associate Institute of Economics (ACE), Management of Risk Foundation (London), Fellow of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (FCIB).
He graduated from the Polytechnic of Ibadan with a degree in Insurance in 1995 and proceeded to the University of Abuja where he obtained his MBA in 2008. He also has a Master’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from BAYES Business School, London in 2011, and International Aviation Insurance Course (Willis, London).
Oluwarotimi trained as an Insurance Broker with Boff & Company where he attained progressive managing positions until he resigned as a Senior Manager after thirteen years of dedicated service. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the placement of Special Risks, Oil and Gas (Energy) Insurance.
He has attended several in-house training on Insurance, Management & Marketing, Management of Risk Foundation & Practitioner’s Training in London, several Leadership training in the Junior Chamber International (JCI), several Lunch Time Insurance Lectures at Lloyds, London.He has written professional papers which cut across Risk Management, Effective Management as well as Life Principles. He has handled different executive positions in various workspaces within and outside Nigeria, sat on the board of Seed Credits Limited and is an Alumni of City University (London).
He is a staunch Jaycee and was the President of the Junior Chamber International Aso, Nigeria (a Management and Leadership Organisation) in 2006. He was awarded the highest status of the organisation “SENATE MEMBER” in 2000 and is currently the Chairman of JCI Nigeria Senate Association.
In December 2011, he qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and also received his Chartered Status as ‘CHARTERED INSURANCE PRACTITIONER’. He is currently a Member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Governing Board.
He is happily married and blessed with two beautiful daughters.
Mr. Olabode Wasiu Okunola
DIRECTOR
He is a Chartered Economist, graduate of Insurance with Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Okunola had a successful banking career spanning over 13 years. His strong leadership qualities and analytical capacity saw him leading many strategic banking positions in Branch Management, Relationship, Credit Analysis, Financial Reporting, Asset Management etc with sound exposure to trainings, seminars and workshops in Nigeria, Gambia, South Africa, UK and the United States.
He left banking recently as an expatriate Group Head and de-facto Deputy Managing Director in one of Oceanic Bank’s offshore subsidiaries, i.e. Oceanic Bank Gambia Limited to engage actively in private sector.
He is currently the Founder and Executive Chairman of Bullfall Nigeria Limited, a meat processing plant based in Lekki axis of Lagos.
AMARACHI AKUDINMA BASSEY ESQ.

An active member of Nigerian bar Association Abuja Branch, she obtained her Law degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), where she graduated with Second class Lower Division and was called to bar in 2007; had a stint with the National Agency for Foods and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) as a legal officer. She was the Head of Chambers, Harmony Chambers Legal Practitioners and Consultants, Abuja.
Amarachi has attended various professional, leadership and management course in Nigeria; International Reinsurance Seminar, Engineering & Property Insurance Training, Understanding Financial Statements & Analysis and Personal Mastery & Leadership, Anti – Money Laundering and Combating Financing Terrorism (AML / CFT), Public Insurance Underwriting, Claims and Marketing. She has wide experience on legal advocacy, arbitration, corporate practices and consultancy.
