Human resources is the most important input in your line of work. We strive hard to ensure that they are kept happy and satisfied to enable them perform to the best of their ability. We do this by arranging life/group life insurance scheme. The scheme is only for the death of an employee whilst in service. The benefit proposed is five times each member’s annual salary. No payment is made should the employees survive from retirement or withdraws from service.
Scope of cover – The Group Life Insurance Scheme will provide benefit to the beneficiaries of the Employers’ deceased staff as a result of death in service. Benefit under the scheme is multiple total annual emoluments (basic salary, transportation and housing allowances).
